Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time.

I. Processing time: Within 1-2 Business Days (including Quality control, Packing & Sorting).

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 
We will reserve a tracking# from carriers once the order is placed which means the shipping status may be stopped at  "PRE-SHIPMENT" or "Label Created, not yet in the system" around 5 business days before the package arrives.

II. Shipping Time Standard Shipping: 7-9 business days

For delivering successfully, Please write your complete address includes Apt# Street City, State and your mobile number. Recheck the address during the checkout process. Unsuccessful delivery caused by unavailable mobile/address cannot be compensated.
Soul Trinkets by Ladybug cannot be responsible for inaccurate shipping time and will not offer a full refund because an order arrived later than expected.
Soul Trinkets by Ladybug is not responsible for Customs House Taxes which happens sometimes according to the Local Regulations.
Soul Trinkets by Ladybug is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly.

III. How to Track your order

All of our parcels are delivered by FedEx, DHL or USPS. And you will be given a tracking number once shipping is in transit. You can track your order on the website with your order number.
